In particular, for personal information which is being collected primarily by and used by On Solutions determines the purposes and means of the processing of that personal information, On Solutions is the data controller, while our trusted partners, which are processing the personal information on our behalf and further to our instructions, are the data processors.

Transmission to third parties

Personal data of members from the Happy program will be processed by QIVOS – WE CREATE CUSTOMER LOYALTY A.E. (www.qivos.gr) Athens, Greece offering the Happy me Program platform
and acts on its behalf.

This company takes the same measures for the protection of the member's personal data as the Onsolutions company and processes the data based on the specific provisions/limits referred to the Albanian Law no. 9887, dated 10.03.2008 "On the protection of personal data".

a. The company will not share the member's personal data with any third party without his/her consent.

b. The member gives his consent for personal data to be accessed, recorded and processed by On Solutions sh.p.k - part of the Balfin Group and by QIVOS - which provides the loyalty program platform and services.

c. The Company will not share the Customer's personal data with any third party, except when it is necessary for any person from the staff, employees, agents, contractors or suppliers, to perform a service, or fulfill any task in the Republic of Albania (including marketing assistance, market research, customer service, and administration of its membership his/her services offered to the member, product or prize lotteries, promotions, etc.).

d. The company will not share the customer's personal data with any third party, except in cases where the customer is informed that his data will be transferred to third parties and he has given his approval.

On Solutions will store your personal data for a period of one (1) month after informing you that it will proceed with the deletion.
